การประกาศรางวัล PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards ประจำปี 2024 จะมีขึ้นในงานรวมตัวสุดพิเศษของผู้เข้ารอบสุดท้ายจากการเฉลิมฉลองทั่วภูมิภาคในวันศุกร์ที่ 13 ธันวาคม ณ โรงแรมอาเทนี ฮอตел (The Athenee Hotel), โรงแรมหรูในเครือ Luxury Collection, กรุงเทพมหานคร

งานประกาศรางวัลใหญ่ในปีที่ 19 ของ PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก V-ZUG ประเทศไทย จะมอบรางวัลให้กับนักพัฒนาที่ได้รับรางวัลจากภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ เอเชียใต้ เอเชียตะวันออก ตะวันออกกลาง และออสเตรเลียในกว่า 70 ประเภท โดยผู้เข้ารอบสุดท้ายเหล่านี้จะได้เข้าร่วมงานสำคัญที่เป็นการเฉลิมฉลองในช่วงท้ายของซีรีส์ PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards ในปี 2024

ไฮไลท์ของงานจะเป็นการมอบรางวัล PropertyGuru Icon Award ให้กับ Henry T. Sy, Jr. กรรมการผู้จัดการและประธานคณะกรรมการของ SM Prime Holdings โดยทีมบรรณาธิการของ Property Report by PropertyGuru ซึ่งเป็นนิตยสารทางการของรางวัล

HLB ได้รับประกันความยุติธรรม ความโปร่งใส และความน่าเชื่อถือของกระบวนการคัดเลือกภายใต้การดูแลของ Paul Ashburn จาก HLB International Real Estate Group ซึ่งเป็นเครือข่ายระดับโลกของบริษัทบัญชีอิสระและที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจที่ได้รับการยอมรับในฐานะ “เครือข่ายแห่งปี 2024”

งานประกาศรางวัล PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards ประจำปีที่ 19 เป็นไฮไลท์ของ PropertyGuru Week ซึ่งเป็นชุดกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 11 ถึง 14 ธันวาคม โดยในสัปดาห์นี้จะมีการจัดงาน PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit และการเปิดตัวรางวัลในตะวันออกกลาง รวมถึงการประกาศรางวัลล่าสุดในจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ ฮ่องกง มาเก๊า ญี่ปุ่น อินเดีย ศรีลังกา และกัมพูชา
